A 4-session coaching package includes:

  • Holistic Health Assessment (90 minutes)

  • Goal identification, recommendations & personalised action plan (60 minutes)

  • 2 x follow-up sessions (30 minutes each)

  • Ad-hoc support throughout

WHAT IS A NUTRITION & HEALTH COACH?

Nutrition and health coaches combine nutritional knowledge with life, health and wellness coaching principles.  We are uniquely trained in nutrition, lifestyle and behaviour changes. We educate, motivate and guide people looking to improve their health-related habits, diet and lifestyle choices, using coaching techniques.
